即使久久再回味一遍
感動依舊
但隨著年歲的增長
感觸只有更深
很多的文章
都在描述這個世界上有很多貧窮的人
哪怕只是一塊硬掉的麵包
或是一杯參著沙子的水
對某些小生命來說
都是無比的珍貴
阿拉伯世界
應該是全世界平貧富差距最大的地方吧
皇族過著極端奢華的生活
外派的專業人士也過著遠優於一般水準的生活
即便是觀光客也是體驗六七星級最繁華的享受
但在同樣的一個城市裡
有多少人是過著我們無法想像的貧苦生活
一個月就靠那五百到一千元微薄收入(乘以九便是台幣)
有錢人隨便去吃一個帆船飯店的brunch
就已經超過這些人一個月的收入
他們在炎熱不舒適的環境下一天工作12小時一個月工作26天的收入
還比不上白領外派在冷氣房工作半天的薪資
這世界公平嗎?
一點也不…
翻身的機會有嗎?
有…
但是比萬分之一還低
我受惠於這樣的制度
我無法像李教授文章中的那些人
去放棄我所有的一切
但我真的討厭浪費
尤其想到文章照片中的飢童
我就很痛恨那些揮霍無度的有錢人
跟他們那些沒有同情心不知民間疾苦
被寵壞的小孩
最近每每看到小咪亞不珍惜食物
我就會很難過
人都是自私的
都希望給自己的家人好的生活
有被寵害的小孩其實都是父母的責任
常常在想是否要對小咪亞更嚴厲一點
但往往無法下定決心徹底執行

我踏上這塊對我來說神秘跟陌生的國度
開始我人生另一個階段的挑戰
這兩年
發生了好多好多的事
從雷曼倒閉到杜拜金融危機
外加工作上家庭上生活上大大小小的改變及議題
感覺上我真的老了好多
但慶幸的事
家人都在我身邊
工作也還算穩定(下一份工作也在洽談中)
相信今年虎年我的運勢會更好
我很幸運
生命中一直都有貴人相助
每當有危機時
也往往能化為轉機而有新的突破
謝謝一路走來一直扶持我的家人

出生外省家庭
爸爸最愛自己發麵
作蔥油餅,羅蔔絲餅,韭菜盒,豆腐捲,包子,麵條…
在台灣的時候不覺得稀奇
只覺得可以熱騰騰的一出爐就吃
不但有家鄉味也很好吃
來到杜拜
已經快兩年
也有一年沒回家了
昨晚是心血來潮想把冰箱裡的蔥用掉
外加想玩玩老婆的KitchenAid攪拌機
所以就大聲宣布要做老爹的成名代表作(可當退休或失業後的第二事業)
蔥油大餅
老婆問了一堆問題
麵粉跟水的比例
醒麵的時間
多少蔥多少油多少鹽
說實在話
我一個問題都回答不出來
但我卻有無比的信心可以做出來
所憑藉的就是從小看到大的印象跟記憶
跟對家鄉及家人的思念
麵粉跟水的比例
機器攪拌時
覺得太乾就加水
覺得太濕就加麵粉
直到看起來有老爸的麵團的感覺
醒麵的時間就隨意了
在機器攪拌後
我用徐家祖傳推手(外加我的天生神力)幫麵團駐入精氣神
看著麵團精神飽滿
一副準備好上戰場的樣子
我就知道已經可以了
蔥花加多少對我根本不是問題
把冰箱裡的全用完就對了
油跟鹽呢?就像畫國畫時隨意在畫紙(麵皮)上揮灑
感覺對了就好了
大師是不拘泥於小節的
捲起來後的蔥花捲圈成太極圓圈
再桿成扁平大餅狀
就可以交給二廚(我老婆)下鍋烘餅了
大廚退場…後續(略...)

口感我只能說除了感動還是感動
一種熟悉了三十年的味道
又再度在我的味蕾間跳躍
雖然只傳承了老爸手藝的六七成
但已讓我滿足跟感動了
後記:
麵團犧牲了它寶貴的生命(被我吃掉…阿彌陀佛)
但它不屈不撓的精神
將在我的身上延續下去
不禁讓我想起以前對孫院長的承諾
您一路好走,我們會好好接下重擔的
這時突然有種頓悟
原來中國人的飲食跟國家的興亡有這麼密切的相連
這真是印證了民以食為天這句話啊
除了安全模式
其他都無法開機
這是否暗示了這工作該告一段落了呢?
我不是一個迷信的人
去年牛年正好輪我衝太歲
果真是諸事不順
今年開始
雖不能說氣勢如虹
但的確有離低潮越來越遠的趨勢
最好的朋友也是Mia的教父
有極大的可能來這邊工作
不但可以一起吃喝玩樂
更多了一個免費又直得信賴的保母
虎年真是個好年啊!!!

說她的小孩走了
早產三個月
七個月大的baby因為身體還沒發展完善
前幾個月必須在保溫箱生長
直到狀況穩定
就在滿月的當晚
小天使飛向上帝
展開她人生的另一段旅程
她是個體貼跟堅強的寶寶
她一定很喜歡爸爸跟媽媽(當然還有哥哥)
在小小的身軀裡努力的支撐了一個月
飛向上帝的時候
還不忘安慰她最愛的家人
感謝你們這一個月的照顧
我永遠都不會忘記你們
要好好保重喔…
當父母後
我很能體會小孩對於父母的意義及重要
哪怕只是靜靜看著沉睡中的小寶寶
都會有種強烈幸福的感覺
對任何父母來說
失去小寶寶無疑是最大的打擊跟傷痛
光是想像都讓人鼻酸淚流
給我的朋友
要堅強
有一天小天使跟你們還是會再相遇的
雖然目前分隔兩地
但別忘了要幸福快樂的生活
並期待下一次的相遇
